Ron, you are missing the point. Most of us shareholders are long and not in it for the quick buck. Being in a stock for 3 to 4 months is not a very long time. We know that success is not an overnight thing and success does not come with short term hurdles. You and the other Neys who have no long position don't seem to understand this. We do disagree with you in that we shareholders do see the company moving in the right dirrection under incredible odds. For instance, Dempsey Mork and licensed stock broker Michael Kugler with Principle Financial want very badly for the company to succeed. Kugler and the boys will spend all day, all night, and all weekend long bashing this company. We all believe that broker Kugler, who has made his position here perfectly clear, had an significant role in getting the SEC to halt trading. Until he picks on other companies who are late with their financials such as DVBC, he will always be a SHORT in our books. Not only that, but broker Kugler has admitted to consulting with an admitted short seller in Dempsey Mork. Why is it that our brokers sold us air when we ordered water? Is it possible that a tremendous short position exists in this stock? If there wasn't a problem with certificate availability then we shareholders would not have to wait months for them to arrive. You can't disagree with the facts. We hold over 100,000 shares and Broker Kugler will not get us to sell until our price is achieved once he and the others cover up their short position.
