No Rich, you are the one missing the point. Please tell me where in the following statement anything is said about late financials.

"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of RMIL because of questions regarding the accuracy of statements concerning, among other things, the ownership and value of certain assets claimed by RMIL, RMIL's business operations and the merger of RMIL with third parties."

It's like "Where's Waldo" without Waldo.

Rich!
I just got off the phone with my broker, I read him Kuglers posts, him admitting he complained to the SEC....he found it alarming that a broker would behave like that. He said that it 'may' be 'legal', but certainly 'appears' 'unethical' to him.
I forwarded my complaint about Michael Kugler to the SEC this morning and I wouldsuggest any RMIL longs who believe this brokers actions and behavoirs unethical, to do the same. He's complaining to the SEC, let the SEC know that we have complaints too!
Rich, Have a Merry Christmas! Meeting you and other RMIL longs from the Chicago area has been a wonderful experience!, Pugs

Well that was a quick day... Now back to "business"(that of analyzing companies).

Rich,

Could you point me to the post where Mike Kugler stated that he has consulted for Dempsey Mork?? And I don't mean one where he merely stated that he has spoken with Mork since he has acknowledged that he has spoken with a number of people including Morgan. Does this mean that he consults for Morgan??

And I have yet to see anything that I construe as a suggestion or guidance to sell RMIL...

Like anyone is able to right now. And given the restrictions of 15C2-11, I don't see any near future possibility of mmkrs returning.

If they do, then I would give the Yeas more credence in regards to the plausibility of the Short Squeeze scenario.

Regards,

ron
