Kugler hasn't complained to the SEC, he may have presented information, some of which the SEC obviously found alarming enough to halt trading. Complaining will make RMIL investors seem like a bunch of whiners. If you write to them, don't complain. Present information with your opinion without telling them which judgement to make.

PUGS, I hope everyone else will take the same approach as you did during the HALT and pick up their pens and write letters to the NASD and the SEC. How can any stockholder be pleased with Kugler's actions? I certainly hope the NASD and the SEC agree with us, that his actions have been unethical. He should be held to a HIGHER LEVEL of accountability than an average investor. Have a very Merry Christmas PUGS, and keep fighting!! Mike

Pugs. GET A LIFE!!!! Quit taking the fact that you picked a DOG to invest in out on Kugler. You're beating the messenger. This guy has done some of the best DD I have seen on the net. If you had spent a little less time cheerleading the last few months maybe you would have seen the light before this thing finally got halted. You appear incredibly DESPERATE in your incesant childish ramblings. Kugler didn't tank this stock. You guys hyped it up to 4 and it's falling right back to fair value -- .19. This company never had any fundamentals, which Kugler tried (in vain it seems) to lay out for you. You need to separate your emotions from your investments and stop attacking the messenger and instead attack the message (if you can). It also bothers me that you people are wasting my tax dollars inundating the SEC and NASD with your petty squables. mike
