PUGS,

I hope everyone else will take the same approach as you did during the HALT and pick up their pens and write letters to the NASD and the SEC. How can any stockholder be pleased with Kugler's actions?

I certainly hope the NASD and the SEC agree with us, that his actions have been unethical. He should be held to a HIGHER LEVEL of accountability than an average investor.

I waasn't going to post over the Holidays, but your insinuations are way off the mark.

Who filed the financials? Who put out the press releases?

And you want to hold me to a higher standard than you do the management of your fine company? It would appear that is easily accomplished.

And please tell us all, for the record, what your relationship with Puhr really is.
