Excellent work, Boogieman. You're an invaluable asset to this team of yeas we have here on this thread. Plus you're a cool guy. We don't need losers on this team. :o)

Financials. Tres important. Still haven't talked to Burgess yet. Will probably call him on Friday, if I can. I had to do all the shopping this week. Called the office once but didn't get a response. S'ok, though... I wouldn't have been able to talk to him anyways, as I was flying out the door to get presents for my fam.

Everybody, Happy Holidays.

Matty Gregg

PS Going to go jump into bed... Santa's on my roof.

Forgot to leave a Hanukkah gift....

Went thru my notes:
This should have been added into Ronald I. Meatchem Part 2

THE managing director of Ateco Properties, Mr Ron Meatchem, has
confirmed that he will remain with the company, despite industry
speculation that he is about to leave.
Ateco is the national distributor for Citroen, handles Suzuki in NSW
and the ACT and is also in the running to get the rights for Italian
car giant Fiat and its subsidiary, Alfa Romeo.
Mr Meatchem said he was brought in as a consultant to undertake two
main jobs, which are both unfinished.
"Certainly the role that I came into the company to do was (to) be
there for a period of time to build up and develop (the existing
franchises) and the other issue was the whole attainment of Fiat and
Alfa in Australia," Mr Meatchem said.
He added that his part in building the existing franchises was on
track, with Citroen undertaking an aggressive marketing campaign and
dealer expansion under a new general manager, Mr Miles Williams, and
Suzuki benefiting from a rush of products. However, he said there was
still a long way to go on attaining the Fiat franchise.
"A lot of people are very interested but it is really up to the
company in Italy, Fiat, themselves that have got to make up their mind,
" Mr Meatchem said.
"When they will do that we don't know yet and hopefully it will come
together and that is what I am here to do."
Mr Meatchem said that once a decision was made by Fiat, he would
review his future with Ateco.
"Officially I'm retired and it's a question of how long I want to go
on for and Neville (Crichton, governing director of Ateco) and I have
got to work that out," he said.
Mr Meatchem was formerly managing director of BMW Australia and
joined Ateco late last year, signing a three-year contract with the
company.

This should have been added into Ronald I. Meatchem Part 3.
It will close the race car chapter.

Meatchem quits chair
FORMER BMW Australia chief Mr Ron Meatchem has resigned as chairman
of the two organisations that run V8 Supercar racing, TEGA and AVESCO,
after just seven months. He gave the heavy workload as the reason for
returning to retirement but it is understood he did not see eye to eye
with some of the partners in the organisations.

SORRY FOR THE ADDITIONS TO THE POSTS
It was a late night!!!!
