my thought is echo media is a sub of netz netzs business is to buy or aquire business's and further their growth i think everyone has netz confused with echomedia echo has some innovative products but netz is growing through aquisitions and this takes capital and where they get there financing is probably through reg-s or reg-d offerings last year the sec made it harder to put through reg-s so now there is a lot of reg-d going through so i will atribute all the selling to holders of reg-s or -d or other creative financing-- lets not forget warrants-- to selling into the market because they see netz printing a lot of stock in the future to further netzs growth so why hold shares of a holding company that's stock price is going to be dormant for a long time sell and get what you can reg-s and -d need only be held for i think it is 40 to 45 days
after issue before you sell to the open market oh and then we have private placement and options and restricted to throw into the mix
