Margaret, about your pasteurized eggs. I don't recall seeing or hearing about pasteurized eggs before. Who sells them? I have heard of low-cholesterol eggs and egg beaters. I used to be a so-called expert on nutrition like you. But it was a while ago that I did those studies and extensive work in nutrition. (As a Microbiologist in Dairy Food Nutrition, in one of my fields.) So, pl. enlighten me. Sonny
