you would think a insider would have a good idea of the companies prospects, who wants to invest in a company whose insiders are all selling, if they are all buying its at least a sign they are a positive in the direction of the company.

Yes but reality is, insiders who sold in the earlier part of the year turned out to be the “smarter” ones; at least in the majority of microcaps.

and I am NOT jumping on your post or putting you or the post down. Insider buying on the open market is much more positive than insider selling, and I appreciate the news and being informed. I wanted to post the caveat because I have lost some big cash following an insider who was buying up stock and then the whole thing turned titters. this has happened more than once and on more than one case the deal was a "No Brainer".
(1) Insider drops dead...been there
(2) insider gets cancer and walks away.... been there too.
(3) Insider has an affair, drops everything and runs away.........hmmm yep there too.
(4) killer screaming deal getting plugged in to a shell. I am in the right place at the right time. Load up. One twit files something wrong causing a delay- killer deal gets scooped up by some monster company and I am looking at a shell that sits there for years and years and years and then gets rolled back and you know the rest of the storey.
(5) get wind of insiders loading up, deal in the cards, I do not buy for the previous four reasons.......six months later stock is trading at 100 times what I did not buy it for.
