I dread the thought as its a full days work to get all the programs back on it, and configure it. I don't have an image for that computer. I am holding off in case Toshiba puts out a fix because of all the complaints on the net.

I searched all my external drives for an image of that computer but found nothing. But I think I know what happened about a year ago I lost 2 external hard drives to failure and sent them back for replacement. I think the image was on one of those drives.

I rarely used that computer so I didn't image it like my others.
