I just spoke to MS Tech Support and he said its not a Windows 10 issue as the OS in working well, its a hardware issue. Wait a few months and see if the put out a fix for the Fn key. I complained that I didn't like the Windows 10 tactics of forcing you to upgrade, he said nothing.

He said the computer is 4 years old and that the reason I am having problems.

So back to my plan of waiting for a couple months to see if Toshiba will issue a fix for the Fn key. I don't think they will. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

None of my computers are listed on the Windows 10 compatibility page at Toshiba.

Never buying Toshiba ever again. I will stick with MSI or Asus.
