JDN,

Looks like your concerns are more than that of all of us COMBINED on this TPRO thread. Did you write to Scott ? May be if you send a compilation of your postings on SI thread, it will make sit up & notice. And I thank you before hand.

As far SYNT, I don't have a position any more. However I could see that there ARE NO BIG BLOCKS traded since its climb from 9. So it is likely more of small investors bottom fishing & momentum players rather than mutuals jumping in. With a small float of 3 million, funds taking new positions would have kicked its butt (SYNT's) by more than few notches by now.

HAPPY HAPPY HOLS & NEW YEAR !

Raj

>>Personally, if it turns out that JAN's info is correct, I will feel that the press release was grossly misleading. That fact bothers me too. It could trigger the need for a "corrected" version which will do none of us any good. <<

Agreed. I bought more stock based on the 28MM figure for the first half. It is hard to believe that such a mistake could be made in the writing of the release and even harder to believe that Jenkins would not have caught it before it went out. If it is as Jan states, I believe the company WILL need to correct it since the information would be patently false and as you say, misleading.

However, at this point, if the estimate were for the company's second half, it would probably need to include the new BMY figures which could as 8MM or so to the figure.
