$1.15 would be a good start!

If MUX closed at $1.08 today, then we only need an average close of $1.133 for the rest of the year to be over $1 average closing price for December, and get the de-listing issue behind us (not that I am all that concerned)...

Well just my 2 cents and based on my teaching in supply/demand levels and specifically "fresh" supply or demand levels the first real "fresh level for MUX to the upside would be in the $1.73 - $1.80 level believe it or not. You could say there is a pivot high level at the $1.38 - $1.40 level which I know you mentioned $1.37.
Then beyond that we are looking at $2.30 and $2.67. But then TA doesn't often work quite as reliably as it used to since the machines took over. And fundamentals of supply vs demand when it comes to gold HA!!
