thanks for the details. is there really an end date specified in the 168(k) section you detailed? i assume it is open-ended unless a specific date is denoted. otherwise the end date would be when congress gets around to addressing the expensing again.

whether it is small or large business, i am glad to learn of this capital spending/write-off provision. it will certainly encourage businesses of all types to invest in their businesses given our current tax system.
