Marlin, You are correct in your assessment regarding deadlines. However, Section 29 requisites require the processor to be operational no later than June 30th. Thus, the pressure is likely a little greater than one would assume. And the company apparently continues to stand on its ability to get the components in a timely manner or 12-16 weeks. I also understand that the Ingersoll-Dresser pumps will not require 5 months lead time as the molds and tooling now exist which will expedite meeting future orders for these specialized pumps.
