I didn't see any cross take place that would account for the number of shares making up their 60 cent paper ................. so by all accounts it didn't take place that way.

I guess you are not ruling out hard money purchases by the two?

For certain, no insider took down any of the $1.25 paper, this would be no different.

Could be a dissident revolt about to boil up if the 60 cent paper dies in full or even a significant portion is killed.
