<<<<<<That's exactly why MicroSoft is making an entry.....albeit as Jonny come lately.

........don't worry about microsoft. they are in denial imho--a bad sign. if MSFT, or GE, or INTC were under the justice dept gun they would say i am sorry i will be a good boy and go out and play hard ball. all of this retribution by MSFT against the government tells me that they are on a little island in redmond and have forgotten that you not only don't fight the tape--you don;t fight the fed--the feds are the finest that we have and can crush any industry if they want--watch msft drift lower.

......so this makes me more aware that msft is a bit detached--they will not catch intui or checkfree. the stock i worry about most is xcit because i think that barrier to entry is tougher to fight and msft could install some instantly visible search engine using lycos etc. but, and this is a big but i really feel that msft has turned off many people and a lot of corporations who would not want them handling, managing, or advising them on money matters. long term i think that both intu and ckfr holds--xcit i may trade if it hits35- 40's and then buy in next round in 25-30 range because they have more competition--but i still want to stay with it--just a bit more insecure about them. what is your strategy?
