To All:

I believe that TPRO will prove to be an excellent short in the coming months, especially if a downdraft in the market poses itself.

Has anyone heard that the NMS listing for TPRO has been held uo due to
NASDAQ's scrutiny of certain insiders?

I have found a very good contrarian indicator: review some of the more questionable threads on SI and you find find certain "flies" authoring posts on them. By this I mean stocks that have questionable attributes attract the same type of investor over and over ie,: heavily promoted, high-valuations, questionable insiders. This is very typical of this stock. I believe it sends a clear message.

Any significant selling could send it back to $1 in a blink.

John,

Don't bet on the resistance. Market gave a nice rebound from 5 to 6 1/2 in two days on just one contract - shrugged off all "overhang" situation overnight. Anytime if they announce NMS and Unilever contract (or ANY OTHER contract :-)), these resistances will blur into thing of past.

What I feel is this stock is fairly saturated on the hands of small investors (who are the main force in microcap market). Thanks to cyberspace & excellent research by many people on this thread, even my barber knows about TPRO now. The big funds either don't see potential in TPRO yet or cannot get in with their big & deep pockets for want of NMS status. I even think their "war room" radar screens is programmed to scan only NMS stocks. When TPRO becomes a radar blip (aka NMS stock), I expect a feeding frenzy. And that day is not too far off.

As regards your trading on the range 5 3/4 - 6 1/2, I wish you luck. Not my style.

Raj
