Pages are taking forever to load in Chrome sometimes. Looks like below. Says one partner's website is not responding in Chrome developer tools when it happens.

Since upgrading to Win10 (less than 48 hours ago), I have had a lot of issues with SI, using both FF and Chrome. I frequently get a white page with a spinning circle when I move to another page or when I try to submit a post. It is really aggravating. It hasn't happened with other sites. At least, not yet. I have found that at least when I write a post and get the spinning circle, the page gets written anyway, if that is a clue.

The pages also load more slowly. But I am not sure if that is due to one of the ads or to how SI interfaces with Win10. Slow loading has occurred in the past as well, only to disappear later on.
