Yes, you are right. Just as active duty Police Officer, Soldiers, Airline Pilots and other professionals are held to a higher level of accountability, so should BROKERS! It appears that Kugler may have been passing half-truths to a certain SEC investigator. I have no proof of this, but I have heard this rumor, just as some others have. I am still wondering what Kugler is ranting about. He is now claiming that I am harrassing him at work! After him antics here on Silicon Investor, I'm surprised he still has a JOB at Principal Fininacial Securities! I guess that he can go to work for a certain Megallan Capital Corp. in CA after this is all said and done. Riley G

He has more than enough resources to cover the short, but I'm suprised that he draws so much attention when he only represents 100,000 shares. I thought there were Millions of shares short. Why so much attention to 100,000 shares. That many shares can only take it to maybe $4.00, hardly $120 share per previous posts. Besides, the SEC investigation is in full swing. I have been told by someone close to the investigation that trading in RMIL could be halted by next wednesday. If trading halts then the market is gone and the stock can used for wallpaper. Since all of the announcements from RMIL are fabrications of Breton & Morgan and the fact that financials are seriously in arrears, it is a lead pipe cinch that the stock will be halted and those will only wonder what happened.
