Yes, you are right. Just as active duty Police Officer, Soldiers, Airline Pilots and other professionals are held to a higher level of accountability, so should BROKERS!

It appears that Kugler may have been passing half-truths to a certain SEC investigator. I have no proof of this, but I have heard this rumor, just as some others have.

I am still wondering what Kugler is ranting about. He is now claiming that I am harrassing him at work! After him antics here on Silicon Investor, I'm surprised he still has a JOB at Principal Fininacial Securities! I guess that he can go to work for a certain Megallan Capital Corp. in CA after this is all said and done.

I wonder how Dempsey Morks PRIVATE company does the EXACT same thing his PUBLIC company does IMAL (formerly DVBC)? People want to talk about WRITING on the WALL. I wonder what the SEC, NASD,FCC and FBI are going to do about this one?

Douglas,

You are right, a lot of companies continue to trade even without current financial's. However, if someone complains about the rule, it will be enforced. Of course, I wonder who would complain about this stock? Daaaaaaa!

Riley, I had an interesting conversation with Dempsey Mork this afternoon. When I asked him if he knew about your assertion of $10 million coming into this company his response was, and I quote:

Not only is Riley a liar, but not a very good one at that"

Why don't you publish, for the record, the text of your converstaion with Mork today for all to see. And I would suggest keeping that tape, as the long arm of the Law might want to see it later.

Mork wouldn't tell you about the 10 million even if it was true.....he's short you know.

So were did Mork sell these OTC OVIS/RMIL shares from? Was it the USA or Canada? And you are saying that Mork is a known short for at least 100k of RMIL stock?

mork sez he sold long on 100k shares to be delivered by zapara/alexis as shills for ovis. zapara failed to make delivery then and now, which left mork short. zapara breached agreement. still want to know where riley's bajillion shorts are.

Weber,
Here Kugler is trying to get shareholders to call MORK direct...

The SEC loved these messages!

Al,

Right after Zapara had Mork sell the shares for him, the false Palco announcement was made. (Riley's timing was also pretty good here as well getting in shortly befor the run-up. Of course, he wasn't in this for the squeeze then)

The stock ran up pretty fast, and Mork didn't cover. So he's stuck with this position.

Mork cordially invites everyone to call him at 619(may now be 602)776-9133.

Not sure if a new one was filed or not. But since Mork now owns "olympus Ventures" name, many of the suits were mixed up because it now looks like Mork suing Mork, and Morgan suing himself.

Sounds like a huge mess to me. But Mork seems to be able to weather the storm financially.

Call him and ask. Then decide for yourself.

I too spoke to Mork. He has more than enough resources to cover the short, but I'm suprised that he draws so much attention when he only represents 100,000 shares. I thought there were Millions of shares short. Why so much attention to 100,000 shares. That many shares can only take it to maybe $4.00, hardly $120 share per previous posts.
Besides, the SEC investigation is in full swing. I have been told by someone close to the investigation that trading in RMIL could be halted by next wednesday. If trading halts then the market is gone and the stock can used for wallpaper. Since all of the announcements from RMIL are fabrications of Breton & Morgan and the fact that financials are seriously in arrears, it is a lead pipe cinch that the stock will be halted and those will only wonder what happened.

Both websites are Mork's. He doesn't deny that. The pictures are real. Nobody's denying that either. Hell, he's just trying to protect his investment, just like you are. So you can do it and he can't?
