My interpretation of the chart is that we are completing a two year triangle, which based on the huge amount of bullish divergence in the indicators will eventually break to the upside. When that happens the ultimate target would be the old highs above 70, within maybe 12 months. It's just my interpretation, but I think we are all drawn to CUBE because we understand that it can surprise as much to the upside as it has to the downside. For example, a pe of 50 is routine for a small growth stock like CUBE. Keep in mind that when CUBE moves it does not move quietly. There is risk, but there is also extraordinary potential. Fair value is not the target. When CUBE starts to move it will move to an extremely overvalued level.

Dear Ed: Merry Christmas! I still own a shit load of Cube and I intend to hold it. Even though all the competition scares the hell out of me, the future in digital video is absolutely huge. Cubes small share of this future should be huge. One day I believe that Cube will be a company that does a Billion dollars in sales in a year. It may take some time to get off its current plateau, but once it does it should have a nice run. The Jan 2000 25 leaps at 4 look good to me, but with a 17 share price this company is selling dirt cheap. I think this is a good time to back up the truck to buy the stock. A decent semi sector bounce in 98 or 99 will easily move this price to 30.
