NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Mitsubishi Consumer Electronics says it
can't keep up with demand for its WebTV-licensed product. The
company issued a statement saying units have been shipping to stores
since late November. "Due to the extraordinary high demand, all dealers'
orders will not be fulfilled prior to Christmas, but Mitsubishi is
committed to resolving back-orders as quickly as possible," a company
statement said.

Several weeks ago, WebTV officials refused comment about reports its
manufacturing partners would not be producing sufficient product
inventory for the season. At that time, Mitsubishi refused comment to
Internet Daily about the matter.

Some people would think that the reason that praying for this stock doesn't work is because it's the Devil incarnate. But I still think a little prayer never hurt anyone.
Good info over the week. I hope all had a great holiday, and lots of goodies.

This thread is really very interesting. Its a mixture of technology and trading theory. The trading seems to hinge around the short term trader and the long term investor, which mixes like oil and water. But the dialog is really informitive.

DId anyone see the 30 minute Infomercial on DVD last week? I think it was Phillips. Very impressive as it showed the huge amount of advanced things you can do with DVD that I didn't know you could do, such as subtitles in foregn languages built into the DVD. Very impressive. I was ready to go out and buy one except Hip Pocket National Bank wouldn't go for the expense.
