Happy Holidays Riley G, I have been lurking the RMIL thread for the past week and am amazed to find Kugler and company at work. I'm sure you realize this is a concerted effort with shills, Kugler being the lead and s martin the follow-up with a few other characters. I have witnessed them on other boards as well but they are super concentrated on RMIL now. Must be high stakes. My experience was with s martin on the ADVR board where he was the main shill trashing the stock and Kugler backed him up with confirming posts just like s martin does on the RMIL board. ADVR had done a Reg S and the Foreign Bank had an option to convert at 70% at the closing price after the restricted period ended. Well sure enough the shorts drove ADVR down from .30 to .16 and amazingly the Bank converted (per SEC documents) at .11 and s martin and gang disappeared and ADVR went back to trading in the .25-30 range. I hope you are successful in creating a short squeeze by certifying all the stock. Luckily RMIL does not have a large float. Those short scumbags prey on the most vunderable stocks and probably short through Canada. Kugler and associates claim to be good Samaritans, helping the innocent investors. You should clock his time online. A few days ago he was on from 8:00pm till 2:00am EST. Now why would someone who does NOT own shares give up all that time?? Put Kugler in "PEOPLEMARKS" and you will see how he spends his time. He's got to be working for the shorts or if he is truly a good Samaritan, he is working for the SEC----but that would be entrapment if there were anything illegal going on. Also, if the shorts achieved their objective, Kugler and gang would disappear. Obviously they have more work to do. Can't wait till all this plays out. Hope you are victorious! The SEC should crack down on all this illegal naked shorting. RMIL is not the only company to suffer but the first among shareholders willing to fight back! I was tempted to post these myself on the RMIL board but didn't want to stir the S*** with s martin and Kugler because we successfully drove them from the ADVR board!
