George Peden,

Judging by the time of your post, I have to assume you just got back
from a Christmas party and probably had a few too many eggnogs. To say
the warrant holders were *not* loyal current investors and have no long term interest in the company is insane. I for one have always held both warrants and common stock and I know many others have done the same. Management hurt BOTH the warrant AND common stock holders by their poor judgement. For management to justify such a short call period by saying, " we want to get the money from the warrant call on the books before the new year," knowing that this undue time pressure would in all likelihood cause the warrants and common stock to tank is inexcusable.

As a former warrant and current common stock holder, I do feel I have the right to complain about ANY and ALL poor decisions that OUR management makes. With all due respect of course.

Shawn

>>>Not to flame, but warrant holders are *not* loyal current investors, they are speculators with no long term interest in the company<<<

You probably echo management's sentiments. But you are dead wrong. Your logic is that BNGO holders are investors - in for the long haul while BNGOW holders were merely short term speculators. Well, I have news for you: there are probably more speculators in BNGO now than ever before. Who do you think bought all those warrants from us "speculators". Don't believe me? Let me ask this: how many current investors would continue to hold firm if BNGO shot back up to $9 or $10 next week? and how much short selling do you think you would see then?

The fact is that many of us, who had been following AB&G for months, ardently believed in the long term prospects of AB&G. many of us held both stock and warrants and had every intention of converting as many warrants as possible if and when that time came. We believed management when it said (in an official forum) that they were in no hurry to call the warrants. We believed management when they said that NASDAQ NMS Listing was imminent... and later we forgave them when they belatedly announced that their application was rejected because they did not meet the listing requirements (how in the world they didn't know that going in is beyond me). We believed management when they suggested that, in any event, the warrant call would be a slow one rather than a fast one. and we all thought that BNGO would be marginable soon.

In my case, I have been following this company for about 18 months now. Wish I had been a pure speculator.. then I would have dumped my BNGOW shares when the price reached the $4.50 - $5 range, and I would have sold my BNGO shares when the price peaked at near $10. I wouldn't have cared about the long term prospects of AB&G; I would have just moved on to the next speculative play.

and I suppose Rodney was just a short term speculator too..

Sorry, but it seems to me that the herd following AB&G before the warrant call were more loyal sheep than the many vultures likely following the company now.

and, Oh, by the way... I do wonder if that whole business about the imminent NMS Listing was just part of management's campaign to meet the warrant call requirements. I mean, did they really apply for NMS listing, unaware that they did not meet the requirements? Umm! Are they that dumb? or are they more clever than a fox?

"We won't call the warrants early, but we will probably call them at $8.00 or higher. It depends on market conditions at the time, the outlook for the Company, and most importantly potential investments.
Even if we do call them, it would take 3-6 months to get them in. - John Orton (SI Post #696)"
