Hi Hawk, you are absolutely right.

tom McClellan was on cnbc on wed. and he had an interesting outline of price action for the year... He was talking about a low in the second half of Jan. a counter trend rally into Feb ... I think he said late Feb and then more downside and a significant buying opportunity in Oct - Nov.

We know oversold extremes can generate strong counter trend rally. But, when you encounter a series of, deep, prolonged, oversolds over a 6 month period? The most important takeaway, in my experience, is your getting repeated confirmation of the primary downtrend.

Very deep oversold in August plus this, most recent, one are doing exactly that. The primary trend is yet to bottom.
