At 10x25 mil = 250mil.. The company has around that much in CASH. Remember this company still has around 10,000 employees.. And made 60 cents last q. Price to sales is around 1/4. Unlike others like CSCO which is 13. Commodities might not have a high P/E but theres a certain price range at which you just cannot ignore.
