Shalom, I would like to bring up another position that you bring up often about the Seventh Trump of Revelation and the Last Trump in 1 Cor. 15:52 that says the Rapture occurs. The last trump is not the seventh trump of Revelation.
In Revelation, the trumpets are trumpets that are sounded by angels to announce judgements on the world. In contrast, 1 Cor. 15 is the trumpet of the Lord, and it has nothing to do with judgement but rather with the rapture of the Church. Furthermore, the arguement that the seventh trumpet is the last trump and therefore coincides with 1 Cor. 15:52 overlooks the fact that there is still a future trumpet in Matthew 24:31 which signals the gathering of the saints at the beginning of the Millennium. Some attempt to find the rapture in Matthew 24, where the rapture does not occur. The taking of one and the leaving of another refers to the ones who will be taken in judgement at the Second Coming, not to the Rapture that will remove the saints. One of the important principles to be kept in view is distinguishing the prophesies that relate to Israel from the prophesies that relate to the Church and its program. My major concern about your views is that it robs the Church of expectancy as far as the Rapture is concerned. Another is the mishandling of Revelation in an attempt to find the Rapture somewhere in the period of the seven seals.
A good understanding of what happens in the Great Tribulation and the terrible judgements that will fall in that period make any thought of the Church's going through this period unthinkable.
Read John 14 and then thank God for the blessed hope of Christ's imminent return to rapture His own and we can all share in the Marriage of the Lamb.
Respectfully,
James

><>...Peace and good will to all."You say we are already in the tribulation".

Excuse me James, but I have never said that. You have misinterpreted my posts.

I in fact have never said many things that you constantly attribute to me.

Please let us discuss this issue (The return of our Lord) with all love and sinceritity in search for truth,God's truth, and not in name calling and fleshy egotistical self elevation.

As to you harping on food laws this is another of your personal attacks that does not benefit anyone. You post such things to impress others that I am not under grace...And you know that is not true.! I have on several occasions posted that I do not abide by any food laws except for my health. The reasons that God told us what was good/bad to eat have not changed, (fat, pork, owls and other scavengers are still bad for us). They have nothing to do with salvation... God forbid!...The reasons are still the same. Just plain old good health and common sense James....Nothing more nothing less.!

I do not even know, personally, any Seventh day Adventists....

What I have said I have said in public forums on these threads, and not in one post of my more than 3,600 posts, can anyone associate me with anthing but as a follower of my Lord Christ, according to His blessed word and the inspired word of God....Only the blood of Jesus can save us. ....Please read my posts more carefully and please be more mindful of not misinterpreting what I say. That is all I ask.

Thank you,
In all love and goodness
Shalom...><>
Gal 5:22-26
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
