it hasn't much at all here in DC for 3 years so what is it a drought caused by global warming or heavy snow caused by global warming, lets cut to the chase comrade just tax the rich right

Usually you get 10'' snow per inch of water equivalent. The colder snows have higher ratios (12 to 15''), while the moist, wet snows have less (~8''). DC had 15'' of snow per inch of water. So don't blame it on the "moist" oceans. Useless drivel, as usual.
