You boob.....

NH foreclosures are not judicial processes.....the robosigning in NH was limited to those mortgages which did not include a statutory power of sale...which mortgages are practically unheard of in NH practice. In the case of a mortgage without a statutory power of sale a judicial process is required.....the number of such mortgages on the books is so small as to be insignificant.

Why don't you stick to your cockeyed conspiracy theories cuz you don't know squat about NH foreclosure practice and procedure, you nincompoop..

PS...there is not one case of anyone actually paying their mortgage in NH (or MA) who was "thrown into the street". if you don;t pay your mortgage...the Bank takes back its collateral....its simple enough concept such that even you should understand it, goofus.
