I agree, getting subs is the name of the game right now, just like cellular has been for it's whole existance. You hope you get a big enough scale that at some point, when your infrastructure is built out, you will go cash flow positive. With the subs you have something to bring to a deal, other than just your infrastructure, which by the way is worth quite a bit once it's up and operating.

By the way a cousin of mine just bought a Direct TV and I about smacked him for it, but the dealer threw in enough incentives that he got it for basically only $50. And it would have been free but he wanted the dual LNB and that cost the $50.

DirectTV definately understands market share!
