Just a piece of friendly advice, do the DD yourself rather than rely on what other people have told you. You wouldn't believe how you have been mislead. Look in to this one item and if I am correct, then ask yourself, what else have you been lied to about. Everybody has an agenda.

Bottom line is that the regulators have not found fault with anything that ZEN has done to date and are highly unlikely to in the future. Sometimes it pays to do things more slowly and carefully than others. Saves embarrassing "clarifications".
