Ivan,

Also on BEV, they were moved from the S&P 500 to the S&P midcap 400 as a result of merging their Pharmacy corp. into DOSE. The move off the 500 brought out a large selloff from the funds but the price is moving higher regardless. There is also a lawsuit behind them now and the analysts are mostly positive. The TA calls for a one point move soon and that one point will provide another breakout.
