IMO Investors do not believe the company announcements. Also, the company announcements have bits of information and are not as complete as the disclosures of other companies. (Revenues, margins, balance sheet etc.) For example, company management must know sept quarter results to run the company, yet investors don't have the complete information and the FOURTH quarter is almost finished. The longer the delay, the less chance of meeting the EPS previously announced. Made good return on this one by selling at .38. Might come back to it if all the good news becomes reality.
