Not for sale means they aren't selling it not that they shouldn't.

I understand you think they shouldn't but that doesn't change the fact that its one of the points being debated here. Which makes "they can't buy it its not for sale" a silly response.

I used to camp a lot, in national parks and on BLM land in the west. At the national parks, I was always amazed by the number of foreigners I'd meet there, mostly Europeans. A consistent thing I'd hear from them was that we were so lucky in this country to have these places available to use. They said they had places like them in Europe, but they were all privately owned. They said they could go to some of them, if they could afford it - they were mostly for the wealthy.
