Roger, RE: WDRY the nice thing about this puppy is that the business is easy to understand, and so are the outrageous debt levels and extremely poor potential return on investment.

Roger, RE:1998!

First, congratulations on your '97 picks! Three winners (RMDY,VIAS, ZITL) with an excellent overall return. CTXS is looking good for '98.

Second, it would be nice to see a Y2K company on your '98 list. My favorite is ACLY (seconding Carl's nomination). The market cap for ACLY is $203M (8.2M shares X 24 3/4). Sales last quarter were $1.6M - a nice increase - but they included a one time sale to FORD of $575K. (I expect a sequential decline in sales this quarter!). Significant software capitalization, heavy insider selling, "cornered the market" on Fortran! (I'm SURE this is a HUGE market) ... many excellent signs!

Finally, best of luck with Babb Enterprises! .... too bad my time is limited.
Best Regards and Here's to a GREAT '98!
