Jim, Did you notice that Sylvest Management is no longer listed as a reseller on TEAL's web site. Sylvest was one of TEAL's largest resellers, accounting for about 1/3 of revenues in FY 97. I suspect, for whatever reasons, TriTeal was not able to collect from Sylvest, prompting the chargeoff of ~ $3 Mil uncollectible receivables last quarter. As a result, the relationship between TriTeal and Sylvest was terminated. Of course, Tracor has as much, if not more, goverment exposure, so hopefully TEAL will be OK with their sales channel to the goverment sector.

I emailed the company to ask about the Sylvest relationship, but haven't heard from them.

Regards,

Tom
