There is also the possibility that FAMH and Alexander Wescott have "relationships" with some fund managers, etc that can ONLY buy in under certain circumstances (i.e. audited financials).

To release UNaudited financials would let others get in ahead of the these groups and it would likely push the price up. I can see several factors that I think could cause FAMH to simply WAIT and put out the Audited Financials at the proper time.

Certainly there is more risk in buying before audited financials are out. The "advantage" is that the price is lower than it is likely to be if the Audit reveals an EPS of 20 cents. The "risk" is that the Audit reveals something else. Of course, I figure, even at 10-15 cents EPS, FAMH still looks like a bargain to me. Just my opinion.

If you want the "advantage," you have to take the "risk."
If you are not comfortable with the "risk," don't worry about the "advantage."

If FAMH is solid, there should be good money to be made. The people that take the extra "risk" are simply in a position to make more than those who wait.

Each person just has to research and then choose their own level of risk.

Whew!!! Enough of my soapbox!

Happy & Profitable Investing to ALL!!

Cheryl,

There was an interesting post on the AOL chat board in reference to FAMH. It was brought to my attention that FAMH has a tax lein registered in Collin County, Texas in the amount of $85,281.46. The case number is 0078995,9-22. You can reference this info at:

insidetxbiz.com

Could you please ask Ira what this is about.

Thanks for all your hard work.
Paul

I am very new to this thread having only discovered this company earlier this week. I have noticed that the 52 week high was approximately $1.25. Can anyone tell me why the cuurent price is so much lower compared to the year high? Thank you for any information you can give me on this subject.

Cheryl I find that very amusing. When Ira and I spoke he told mw that it was plain as day how they could have earned .06 on 1.7 million in revenue when they earned .06 on 4.5 million in revenue for the first two quarters. Three times now you have told me that you would be glad to supply the information once you have spoken to IRA. Ira was going to send me prrinted 3rd quarter income and balance sheets. Anybody see them yet? I didn't think so. Some folks should take some blinders off or wake up and smell the coffee. Ira couln'd even convey who the large funds that were interested in a .30 compnay were. Last time Ira spoke he was going to have to get the price to $3 for listing but wasn't worried about support from the street and that it would be done without any dilution. But wait, we've already diluted more shares and they will effect the fourh quarter projections of .09 even though according to the all knowing IRA, that IT IS THEIR SLOWEST QUARTER!. Doing some quick math. .06 is less than .09 but it will be their lowest quarter.

Cheryl I had and still have no ax to grind with this company. I'm still patiently waiting. In the mean time, maybe some information can be presented from both sides of the story so some people can see a different perspective.

PS 3rd quarter numbers should have been printed a month ago. unaudited or not Ira hopefully can explain where he got those rediculos numbers.
