Rick, Welcome to the thread. It is quite common for IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) in OTC:BBs to come out at certain level, move up slightly, and then decline significantly.

Declines in OTC:BBs happen most often (in my opinion) because of the excessive shorting by marketmakers. It really puts the pressure on OTC:BBs to perform. Because there are so many that don't, the MMs have a pretty safe bet.

But take a look at the 50 Day Moving Average for FAMH (the red line) on the following chart:

IMO, it looks pretty good!!
