they also drop because many of these companies have convertible preffered stock , 144 or series 504 selling whereby those holders sell
at a decent profit.What MM is going to sell short FAMH at .30 ??

Very astute post Brad. I agree with you in all aspects of your post, however, I would add one more thing. Not only do many BB IPOs drop signifigantly, but many NASDAQ and NYSE IPOs do as well. Anyway..... just my 2 cents.
