At this point in our history, the country needs another Reagan. Donald may be another Ronald, but unfortunately he's much more like the one associated with the golden arches than the one who used to occupy the oval office.

Well, greenspirit, since this is the second time that you have tagged The Donald with the 'condo salesman' label, that I have seen, I have to ask: is there something you have against condo salesmen? Is your beef only with men who sell condos, or women as well? Is your beef that the condos are being sold, and not given away? You don't believe that condos should exist at all, or are they only problematic in NYC? Is there something that would prevent a savant for conservative ideals from selling a NYC condo, assuming he or she had one to sell? Do savants for conservative ideals eschew only selling NYC condos, or neither would they own one? This is a point of conservative orthodoxy that escapes me. TIA

As I said about a week ago, I will do the exact same thing...if push comes to shove....I CAN NOT even stand for the thought that either Bernie or Hillary will win their Dem position....and even less, if she decides Bernie would be her VP...... I had occasion to interface with one of the Seattle Libs today while at B&N......I Despaired of the 39 (THIRTY NINE PAGE our CPA firm sent me, and ultimately to my son, who is handling the Estate "stuff " for me. ) I said to him: "THINK OF THE ULTIMATE waste if our government is demanding that of all citizens.... Then I said to him, that IMO Socialism is absolutely the death of America as we know it....He looked at me as if he finally heard me, when I said: "How will you feel when YOU have to give the Government 80-90% of YOUR income????? He said, (so I knew he was listening at that point) "oh no, it won't be that high...." I suggested to him that he read about Hitler's rise to power, and also, to check out what kind of money the Scandinavian Countries have to give to their government. He looked dubious. So I added....."Did you hear today that Socialist Country Venezuela is running out of food????????" He nearly rolled his eyes...... Wonder how long it will take him to find out...? Having said that, I know evil when I see it and Trump will get my support as a nose holding voter against the deranged corrupt Hillary, or crazy socialist Sanders any day of the week.
