Andy, I haven't seen any info on the warrants since you posted the questions here. Is there an information source on them? As I recall, if the stock closes at 6 3/8 or better for 30 calander days the warrants are called at 3 1/2:

Is the 6 3/8 bid or ask?
Do the warrants trade during the 30 days?
I know these are the questions you posted. Just wondered if you had found any answers.

Want to correct my post # 7972, in which I stated that the contract with BMY had not actually been signed for the 125 plant support work. I had been under the impression that it was contingent on the finishing of the pilot project and BMY's decision to proceed further. That appears NOT to be the case. I reread the relase and from the following passage it seems that BMY has indeed committed themselves to TPRO for all 125 plants:

>>today announced that it has signed an agreement with Bristol-Meyers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY - news) to provide Year 2000 tools and compliance support for all Non-Information Technology systems at approximately 125 sites worldwide. <<

So, I would guess that the 28MM figure probably includes at least a portion of this work, although we can't know for sure.
