Ben, what you describe is the primary effect. But I am also concerned with collateral damage from consumer confusion, which I fear will hurt IOM, both the company and the stock. If you think there will be no collateral damage, I would be interested to know your reasoning. Perhaps you come from a land where consumers are more savvy than here. If so, never underestimate the American consumer's need for absolute clarity and simplicity. I repeat, the Nomai situation muddies the water.

I agree wholeheartedly with a prior post which said IOM must go on the attack. And the sooner the better.
