Brad, Now I'm confused. I ,and I assumed everyone else, was aware that Nov. was a lic. product with specific development and fin, mileposts to be met in order to keep the Lic. this has been noted in every SEC doc. I have reviewed. Was there new information in the link you posted? If so please point it out as I missed it.
A couple of points/thoughts re the latest flury of posts.

LG group is Lucky Gold Star Group one of the largest Kroean co. At the time TXB made this deal the Korean problem did not exist. This relationship and the resultant $ resources was very important to the TXB development.

Any financial intemed. only makes money by taking a % of the funds produced.the Raymond James deal is no different. I don't see the issue re a commision on research funds. Raymond was engaged to produce $, they performed and were paid. What is hte issue?

As I have said in several recent posts, I welcome points a view which are different from mine. What I strongly object to charges made with no basis sunmitted to support them. This is what is occuring here.
