APCO looks like it is in perfect position to move higher this week and close out the year on a strong note. Check out the APCO thread and read the last few days of postings. This POW is looking better and better. Doug concurs and APCO appears to be about to achieve his 3 month price target right on schedule. Looking for $8.50 very soon. Chart and technicals are poised. Incidentally, VectorVest has increased its valuation of APCO twice in the last few weeks. Intermediate term, Doug is looking for $12-12 1/2 but that may be slightly low at this time. I'll be elbowing a few people in the morning to get to the front of the buying line. Mike
