Give it up.

Will you please do me a favor, if you are wise to a system, you know how to exploit it to your advantage and know the flaws, why would Mike not? CAn you not see the scenario I have presented is an almost SURE strategy for shorts to get RICH, they cannot lose, 20,000 stocks are ALOT for the underpowered SEC to monitor, but millionaires can hire shills to find good halt potentials that the SEC does not have the time to find, short them, attack them with the data the have already found, and even if the longs get wise it makes no difference, for they can provide the SEC with enough info to halt it, do you or do you NOT agree this is a very possible scenario that would almost GAURANTEE a profit EVERY TIME?

The debate on whether or not Mike is a lying broker that has kept an important secret is irrelevant to the current situation at hand.

NOT AT ALL, it center on EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID.

Here are the 5 events that must happen before we return to this subject OR any

What you fail to realize is that if big money wants to move enough muscle it does not matter what MUST happen, only what they MAKE happen, if the stock is halted for data Mike knew about months ago, 5 million in financing makes no difference, that does not wipe away a false press release, we could be making a billion bucks, but technicalities always seem to have a way of favoring the enemy.

Kurt<otherwise the price WILL tank to $0.25 even if the $10 million is received)> I agree with you here, the expected punch from the $10m,will be over shadowed by the recent events which have taken place.
$10m question
If the stock is delisted, and the $5-$10m,is contingent upon stock(which it is) then what? Will the lender accept stock in a private company and hope one day it would come public again? I doubt it..
