TXB did not invent novastan. They never claimed they did. They licensed the compound from Genentech and Mitsubishi Chemical. And they are developing it. In this regard, I do not believe development to be a relative term. It means taking a compound from the invention stage to the marketing stage. Stage I, II, and III trials, FDA management, worldwide development, manufacturing issues, etc... Besides SEC documents and U.S. Patent filings, I find the following site to be quite helpful: recap.com
Not only is the difference between "develper" and "marketer" etc. defined, but if you search novastan (under clinical trials) you will learn from whom TXB licensed novastan.
