Mr. michael d kugler,

<<And, as usual, I neither solicit nor recommend sale or purchase of this security. The opinions expressed are purely my own.>>

Please Mr. michael d kugler, going through you past post, I can only draw one conclusion is that you want the current shareholders to sell!
There is no other conclusion I can come too. You even said you would post a document stating that Mr. Dempsey Mork, I hope I got the name correct, was short 98,500 shares and then would someone sell their shares.

I agree that a halt by SEC is not good for any company, but if the shareholders have already lost their value, what is the movation to sell now. If it opens, which reading your past posts it probably never will I feel, it probably will be very low.

Please, I still don't understand why you and your friends are still here?

Thank you

JK

Mike,

Might I suggest that all Nays avoid any reference or subtle suggestion that they should sell their shares, when or if this stock trades again??

So far as I'm concerned people know what they are now facing and can make their own rational decisions regarding whether to hold or not.

They are baiting you and the best way to end this is to merely say that you don't give a cr*p what they do with their shares.

I believe the stock won't trade again, so taking their shares in certificate form makes no difference. We are not responsible for anyones buying/selling decisions. So to eliminate any further allegations against yourself, why not let them play their silly game??

Whattya say?

Regards,

Ron

I have never stated this stock will never trade again. But you need to know there is
at least some risk that it never may. You can decide, for yourself, what that risk
means to you and your money.

And what decision can be made if it never trades again?

You are at a serious juncture here in terms of the money you have at risk. One of
the best ways to attempt to assess that risk is to see what has happened to other
stocks where trading has been halted. The odds do not seem to favor you here. It is
never an easy decision.

The risk has already been made. It has now stoped trading. There is nothing to be done. No decisions to make. We're stuck in limbo.

I continue to wish you the best of luck.

Bull-dinkies! If you wished us well, you would give us a stock that would make up for our losses. Another small company that's about to go balistic.

So...why keep posting here. There is now nothing to be done. The stock has been halted. May never trade again! 300 posts behind...can't believe the number of posts on a halted stock.
