Anyone have any thoughts on purchases SUNW might make (companies) in Asia (now that things are on sale over there.) Is There anything that we need? Joe P.

Happy hollyday ! Thank for year long education about SUNW. I heard that INTC not very happy with MSFT's progress in developing WindowsOS for Mercede processor. And INTC also facing same problem that DEC had to deal with regading application on thier processors. Since Mercede processor do not share same instuction set with X86 families. Is it make any business sense for INTC to support JAVA community in building PURE JAVA ? Mercede processor may depend on it. If Merded is a success, How SUNW will be impacted ?
