>> All because she "didn't want to carry around multiple devices." Yeah, right.

That was a silly claim to begin with. It wouldn't have had anything to do with that and her part-time IT person surely could have explained that to her.

The crime was committed when the private server was set up in the closet. As the former head of NSA and CIA and 3-star General Michael Hayden said, "the server in the closet was the 'original sin'. The rest was just the icing on the cake."

The behavior was reckless and dangerous. Just a year before Stevens was murdered, emails were sent the emails referenced below were sent. Now, in 2011 it certainly didn't play a role; but had they been sent early in September you could not have ruled it out as a key element of the attack.

THOUSANDS of people around the world had open access to this server. The irresponsibility of Clinton continues to be utterly astounding to me. Her trying to suggest the problem is "over-classification" is total bullshit.

The fact is that she broke the law, in spirit if not in letter (though I believe she also broke the letter). As a result, the State Department has to spend an extraordinary amount of time and resources to figure out how much damage she did and how much risk this represented to the security and welfare of our nation.

Which law did she break?
