"We are in negotiations," with whom? and for what exactly? are the 2 questions that are perplexing and exciting to me!

Question, I have heard both senarios as of late here on the board:

1. Sometimes the NASDAQ doesn't place as heavy a burden on a company whose stock price is below $5.00 as long as all the other requirements fall in line for potential listing.

2. Yet I remember some 1 - 200 posts back we now will be waiting to rise above $5.00 after the 1st and hopefully maintain a $5+ price.

Question 1: If FTEL does indeed meet all the other requirements, will we still have to rise above $5 for a sustained period to be listed?

Question 2: Assuming we will have to wait for the price to rise, what is to stop the MM's from keeping it from $5+ since it is most likely in their best interest to keep us from going to the NASDAQ?

Could anyone please clear this up for me? Thanks.

Chris
