Sterling Construction Co. Inc. (STRL) - sold 50% of remaining shares at $5.77/share

This one still is selling below my fair value target of $7.50/share but thought I would take more off the table.

I started a small position in Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (CMTL). This is a small cap specialty RF component supplier/manufacturer. They did a secondary offer at $14.00/share in June (almost 30% dilution) and have several follow-on contracts for specialty RF components (mainly satellite components). They are a supplier to prime contractors for these specialty parts. High margin low volume components.

The value proposition is compelling on many different measures; 8% div, selling at 50% of BV, several new contracts w/ good margins (one may include the ramp up of high vol production in out months), recently completed acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc.

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Completes Acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc.

We are excited to close the acquisition of TCS. The acquisition provides a transformational opportunity for Comtech and is a significant step in our strategy of entering complementary markets and expanding our domestic and international commercial offerings

Putting proceeds from STRL into CMTL. FWIW, STRL avg cost at $2.84/share (last Buys 2/2015) so on last chunk of shares over 100% return.
